Party attendees do not leave with their painted pottery. Pottery will need to be left to be fired and will be ready for pick up the weekend after your party. Party planner is expected to pick up all party pieces unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We will be closed to the public during your party.
Party reservations include private building access for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Shorter parties are best for children. You will be allotted 20 additional minutes prior to the start of your party to set up. This time does not get rolled into your party time should you chose not to utilize it.
If your party runs over your allotted time for the reservation booked, you will be charged $50 per every 30 minutes.
Parties must be reserved in advance. A deposit of $100 is due at booking and is non refundable. Remaining amount is due at time of party.
Host may bring food, cake and drinks in individual original packaging. We will provide dessert plates, napkins, forks and a gift/cake table.
We encourage the host come in a few weeks prior to the party to review current inventory. Our stock is constantly changing with each new holiday and seasonal products. If there is not enough of a desired piece, we can try to order, given enough time. If an order is required, full balance of party is due up front and is non refundable. In addition, if pieces are ordered, items cannot be changed the day of the party.
You will not be able to change the date or time of your party less than two weeks prior to scheduled party. If you need to make changes within the two weeks leading up to your party, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be placed.
Choose from any of our pieces. $150 building reservation fee PLUS the price of each piece with a minimum of $100 in pottery purchased. Pottery must be purchased and painted at time of party. If you cannot reach $100 minimum in pottery for your party, the difference will be added to your total. Painted pottery will be left for us to fire after the party. Guests will not leave with pottery. Painted pieces will be ready for pick up the weekend after your party. Price does not include tax.

We welcome walk-in parties during business hours on a first come first serve basis. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring food or gifts. Please note that to be seated, everyone must paint and be present. We appreciate your understanding!
